摘要
以 PEG4 0 0 0和十二烷基硫酸钠为载体 ,采用溶剂 -熔融法制备了非诺贝特固体分散体 ,再与适当辅料混合压片制得非诺贝特固体分散片。用正交设计表 L9(34 )筛选处方。溶出度实验表明自制片较市售两种制剂溶出快。
Fenofibrate solid dispersion tablets were prepared by solvent melting method using PEG4000 and sodium lauryl sulfate. The orthogonal design L 9(3 4) was applied in the formulation optimization. The results of dissolution test showed that the dissolution rate of these solid dispersion tablets was more rapid than the other two commercial products.
