摘要
采用XTiCl3-MAO(X=CpMe5,LOEt)催化氯乙烯聚合,并分别采用NMR、GPC和TGA方法对所制备的聚合物结构进行表征。研究表明,采用有机钛化合物制备的聚合物的立构规整性与采用自由基方法制备的聚合物没有明显差别,但是采用有机钛化合物可以获得规整的"头-尾"链接的聚合物,其热稳定性也有显著改进。
Polymerization of vinyl chloride was catalyzed by titanium complexes,XTiCl 3-MAO( X=CpMe 5,L OEt )(L OEt =(η 5-C 5H 5)Co[P(O)(OEt) 2] 3).Resulted polymers were characterized by NMR,GPC and TGA.Preliminary study indicated the tacticity of PVC synthesized by titanium complexes was almost the same as that of PVC prepared by radicals.Titanium complex could produce polymer containing regular 'head to tail' structure which leads to better thermal stability.
