摘要
实施西部大开发与当年沿海地区经济市场化不同,西部欠发达地区所面对的繁重而复杂的任务和新的外部环境,决定了只依靠西部欠发达地区自身的力量还无法有效地进行市场化建设,要依靠东西部的协调发展来促进西部欠发达地区市场化进程。
Western Development is different from economic marketing in costal areas in that western underdeveloped areas is confronted with complicated tasks and new external surroundings, which determines that it is impossible to build up market economy only by resorting to their own strength in the West. It is necessary to rely on coordinative development between the East and the West to push forward the process of market economy in western underdeveloped areas.
