摘要
人力资本市场的运行必须具备价格、主体、信息网络、存在形式、中介组织、运行规则、保障体系等因素。目前我国人力资本市场还存在主体缺位、政府作用缺位、中介能力缺位和价格机制缺位等问题。因此有必要从主体到位、政府职能转变、中介组织建设等七个方面加速人力资本市场机制创新。
Its essential for a talent market to have such factors as price,subject,information network,existing forms,intermediary organization,functioning rules,insurance system,etc.At present,in our talent market there are such problems as lack of subjects,of government function,of intermediary ability and of price system,etc.So it is necessary to strengthen the innovation of the human capital market in such seven fields as subject in place,the transformation of the government function and the construction of intermediary organization,etc.
