香港一直在东南亚华人企业集团的对外投资格局中占据特殊的战略地位 .东南亚华人企业集团在港投资呈现 3大特征 ,即投资额和投资规模快速增长 ,投资行业以金融、酒店和房地产为主 ,拓展海外投资的据点 .近年来 ,东南亚华人企业集团在港投资处于战略重组期 ,主要表现在 :大幅收缩非核心业务 ;积极向高科技产业进军 ;
Hong Kong has been playing an especially strategic role in facilitating Southeast Asian Chinese Enterprise Groups direct investment outwards. There exit some significant characteristics of the Southeast Asian Chinese Enterprise Groups direct investment to Hong Kong, such as increasing investment quotas and scale rapidly, majoring in finance, hotel and real estate, and agglomerating headquarters institution of undertaking direct investment outwards. Recently, a series of strategical reconstruction activities have appeared, including contracting the non-core industries widely, developing the hi-tech industry actively, and strengthening the position of Hongkong as pushing direct investment outwards continuously.
