摘要
随着体育基础教育改革的日益深化 ,以提高中小学体育教师整体素质为目的的继续教育是教师专业化发展的重要组成部分 .深刻理解继续教育培训模式的内涵、形成的原则、实质及过程的基础理论 ,是探索和创新体育教师继续教育培训模式 。
As deepening the reform of elementary physical education,Continual education is a important component for specialization of teachers in order to raise the whole quality of middle and primary schools' PE teachers.Deeply understanding basic theory of the innotation,the principles of forming,the essence and process of training model of continual education is a effective way for exploring and creating the training model of continual education for middle and primary schools' PE teachers,as well as raising the training effect.
