摘要
针对克拉玛依九区油田原油粘稠、注入蒸汽开采效果不明显的特点,采用机电一体化、可靠性设计及虚拟设计等方法,设计了利用锅炉烟道气注入地层来油地面工艺装置。该装置具有烟道气除尘脱硫、气水分离、含氧量监控及泄漏报警等关键设备及流程,整个运行过程都由PLC(可编程控制器)控制系统自动控制完成,既有效地提高了对粘稠原油的采收率,又使作为废气的烟道气得以再利用,比注氮气节省费用,同时减少了环境污染。
The effect of steam injection in some areas of the Karamay oil fields is unsatisfactory, therefore the technology of boiler flue gas injection is employed for viscous oil recovery in these areas. Relevant surface equipment are designed, including dust removing and desulfurizing tower , gas-water separation device, oxygen content control system and leakage alarm installation. The whole system operates under the control of a PLC apparatus. The control system layout as well as the system's reliability and safety design are presented.
