摘要
针对抽油井常规清防蜡方式存在投入大和污染地层等缺点,引进了QJ—Ⅲ型抽油井自动清洁器及相应的清防蜡新工艺,集清防蜡于采油过程中,不需采取其他任何清防蜡措施,每口井只安装一套该型自动清洁器就可达到保持稳产、高产之目的。介绍了抽油井自动清洁器的结构、工作原理及若干技术要点。在胡庆油田现场应用10井次,正常生产446 d,该型清洁器实现了抽油井自动清蜡,又避免了传统清蜡方式的不足,具有推广应用价值。
Model QJ-III automatic well cleaner was used in Huqing Oilfield instead of the conventional paraffin removal devices. The result shows that the paraffin in the rod pumped wells was removed automatically without polluting the formation. The operating principle of the cleaner is briefly described and its technical points are expounded.
