摘要
在深井、超深井、丛式井、大斜度井、水平井的钻井过程中,套管经常被磨穿,造成严重损失,因此对钻杆接头耐磨带提出了更高要求。针对钻杆接头耐磨带现状,开发出新型钻杆接头耐磨带材料PT100及其敷焊工艺。新型钻杆接头PT100耐磨带在钻井应用中表明,(1)与钢质钻杆接头相比,套管磨损减少86%;(2)与碳化钨耐磨带的接头相比,套管磨损降低76%;(3)在大斜度井中,由于摩擦系数减小,大大降低了钻具旋转阻力,扭矩增大30%,节省材料消耗10%;(4)在裸眼钻井环境下,更大程度地保护钻杆接头,减小磨损。
Frequent wear of casings requires use of drill pipes with more reliable wearable zones. A new material for the wearable zone of drill pipes, named PT100, is developed, and its surfacing technology is introduced. Application shows that, compared with steel drill pipe joints and carbon-tungsten surfaced joints, joints with PT100 wearable zones can reduce casing wear to a greater extent simultaneously while protecting the drill pipe joints.
