摘要 针对普通抽油泵在稠油井中使用时存在抽油杆柱下行困难的问题,提出一种套装式抽稠油泵。这种抽油泵主要由出油阀、进油阀、大泵筒、小柱塞和柱塞泵筒等组成,具有进排油腔和呼吸腔两个腔室,在抽油机下冲程中抽油杆柱下端产生一个方向向下的液压反馈力,帮助抽油杆柱下行,克服了抽油杆柱下行困难的问题,有效提高抽油泵的有效冲程,延长抽油杆柱寿命。该泵还具有自动卸油、一次管柱注采、正反向洗井和冲砂等多种配套功能,方便于稠油井作业,减轻工人劳动强度。 To solve the problem of rod floating during the operation of conventional rod pumps in heavy oil wells, a telescoping sucker rod pump is developed. This new hydraulic feedback type pump mainly consists of a traveling valve, a standing valve, an outer barrel, a long plunger and a telescoping plunger. It is capable of producing a downward hydraulic force at the lowermost end of the rod string on the downstroke, aiding in its downward movement and thus improving the pump efficiency. In addition, this pump can play a role of oil drainage, and can be used for oil recovery with steam injection in only one trip.
