摘要
本文采用正负偏差指标对声表面波谐振器的参数确定问题作了分析计算,这种方法灵活性强,适用范围广,能有效的避免可控因子间交互作用的影响,与原参数设计的内表指标相比,较大幅度的降低了试验或计算次数。
In this paper, we use a new index of inner array in parameter design, and analyse the problem of SAWR' s parameter design. The result show this method make descent of experimental times.
