用裂解气相色谱法研究丙烯酸酯乳液共聚物自交联机理

摘要 本文报道用裂解气相色谱法研究丁氧基甲基丙烯酰胺四元乳液共聚物在受热时自交联行为、裂解时的变化及裂解温度的影响。结果表明,在受热条件下,共聚物发生自交联反应,脱除丁醇小分子,产生网状结构,交联反应随温度升高而加快,产生丁醇的量随共聚物中丁氧基甲基丙烯酰胺含量的增加而增大,提出了自交联反应机理。 The emulsion copolymers of acrylate with butoxymethylacrylamide were prepared. When it was heated,the self-crosslinking reaction of the copolymer was studied by Pyrolysis Gas Chromatography. The change of copolymer which was pyrolysised was characterized also. The influence of pyrolysis temperature was discussed. It has been found that the self-crosslinking reaction was happened and the molecule of butanol was lost when it was heated. The rate of self-crosslinking was increasing with the increase of heating temperature. The content of butanol was increaseing with the increase of the butoxymethylacrylamide content, the mechanism of the crosslinking reaction was proposed.
