摘要
本文针对西安市交通拥堵现状 ,依据交通需求管理理论 。
The paper analyzes the present traffic situations in Xi'an city and considers it necessary to implement travel demand management(TDM) in traffic management in Xi'an city. Some tactics and suggestions with TDM are put forward on relieving traffic pressure there.
