摘要
本文通过对浙江龙威实业有限公司家庭风波这一案例的背景介绍及其原因分析 ,得出由于私营企业的进一步发展还深受外部制度环境的制约 ,而制度环境是家族企业本身无能为力的 。
Through the analysis of the disturbance caused by long wei company, the paper concludes the development of private owned enterprises is affected by the outer, environment of regulations and state should help to provide better environment.
