摘要
目的 :研究动态心电图对冠心病患者监测的价值。方法 :对 2 76例冠心病患者进行 2 4～ 72h的动态心电图监测并与常规心电图结果进行对比分析。结果 :动态心电图对冠心病患者的心律失常检出率达 10 0 % ,无症状心肌缺血检出率为 2 6 .80 % ,明显高于常规心电图的检出率 (6 1%及 5 .80 % )。结论 :动态心电图能及时发现冠心病患者的各种心率失常和无症状心肌缺血 。
Objective:To explore the application for dynamic electrocardiogram in monitoring patients with coronary heart disease.Methods:Two hundred and seventy six patients with coronary heart disease were monitored with dynamic electrocardiogram from 24 hour to 72 hour period.And the above record was compared to data of conventional ECG.Results:The positive ratio of cardiac arrhythm and non symptom myocardial ischemia in the patients diagnosed by dynamic electrocardiogram were as high as 100% and 26.80%,which were much higher than the results by conventional ECG(61%,5.80%).Conclusion:Dynamic electrocardiogram offer timely detection of all kinds of cardiac arrhythm and non symptom myocardial ischemia of coronary heart disease.Regarding foreseeing and preventing patients from acute myocardial infarction and cardiogenic sudden death of coronary heart disease,dynamic electrocardiogram is more reliable than conventional ECG.
