摘要
目的 :观察卡维地洛、培哚普利和依那普利 3种降压药的降压效果、谷 /峰比值、安全性等。方法 :6 6例轻、中度高血压病患者 ,分别给予卡维地洛 2 0～ 4 0mg 2次 /d、培哚普利 4mg 1次 /d、依那普利 5～ 10mg 1次 /d ,疗程为6周 ,均以 2 4h动态血压作为监测及评价方法。结果 :2 4h收缩压和舒张压均明显下降 (P <0 .0 1) ,且治疗前后代谢指标无明显改变。结论 :3种药物均有良好的降压作用 ,且安全、平稳、有效。
Objective:To study the effect of decreasing blood pressure?T/P and security of Carvedilod?Perindopril and Enalapirl.Methods:Sixty six cases with slight and mediun hypertension were given Carvedilod?Perindopril and Enalapril for 6 weeks.The dynamic blood pressure for 24 hours was used to monitor the patients.Results:The SBP and DBP in 24 hours decreased apparently and the metabolim index did not chang.Conclusion:The effect of decreasing blood pressure of Carvedilod?Perindopril and Enalapril are good.They are secure?smooth?effective and have few adverse effect.
