摘要
介绍用傅里叶光谱仪测量发射光谱需补充设计的附件内容和技术要求,给出配套附件的设计结果:包括原理光路图、各主要光学部件的技术参数。还分析了发射光谱定量测试时的定标和测试技术,并对辐射亮度、辐射强度和快速测量几方面作具体分析,最后给出了测试系统调试、定标结果和部分测试光谱曲线。
The use of FTIR spectrometer for measuring emission spectrum is investigated. The additional requirements and attachments needed to fulfill this purpose are described. The results of a design effort are listed which included optical arrangement and technical parameters of the main optical parts. The paper also presents the techniques for calibration and for quantitative measurement of the emission spectra. The details are discussed in terms of the following three conditions: radiance, intensity and rapid sampling. Finally, the results of system adjustment and calibration, as well as emission spectra of some sources are given.
