摘要
目的 :探讨不同药物治疗方案对同一种疾病所产生的效果。方法 :运用药物经济学成本 -效果分析法对4种治疗前列腺炎方案进行回顾性分析评价。结果 :4种方案的成本 -效果比依次为 :7 67、4 70、2 64、5 75。由敏感度分析的成本 -效果比依次为7 14、4 38、2 53、5 42。结论 :C方案为较佳方案。
OBJECTIVE:To evaluate the economic effectiveness of different pharmacotherapeutic schemes for the same disease.METHODS:Using pharmacoeconomic cost-effectiveness analysis,four schemes for prostatitis were compared.RES_ ULTS:The cost-effectiveness ratios of A,B,C,D were7.67,4.70,2.64,5.75,respectively.The ratios were7.14,4.38,2.53,5.42in term of sensitivity respectively.CONCLUSION:C scheme was the best one.
