摘要 首先对Cr12MoV钢进行等离子渗氮 ,然后再采用等离子S N C共渗工艺 ,在其表面形成一层硫的化合物层 ;在MM 2 0 0磨损试验机上对其耐磨性和摩擦系数进行测试 ,同时利用扫描电镜对试样的磨损形貌进行了观察分析。结果表明 ,等离子S N C复合处理能显著提高其耐磨性。 Sulfide layers with a certain thickness on the surface of the Cr12MoV steel nitrided samples were formed by S C N plasma sulphonitrocarburizing.The friction coefficient and wear resistance of the sulfured layer were tested on MM200 friction and wear tester and the wear appearance of the sulfured and nitriding sample was investigated with SEM.As the results,the S C N plasma sulphonitrocarburizing can improve wear resistance and sharply reduced friction coefficient of the Cr12MoV steel.
