摘要
针对热处理生产的高污染、高能耗的生产现状 ,阐明实现绿色热处理的重要性和必要性。以一种具体的热处理工艺为例 ,建立相关的评价体系和数学模型 ,对其进行资源、环境等方面的分析和评价 ,求得其绿色度值。
The importance and necessity to realize the environment friendly heat treatment is expounded,according to the present situation of heavy pollution and energy consumption in heat treating production.A heat treatment method is presented as a example,the assessment system of environment protection,and mathematical model is established,the aspects of resource and environment alike are analyzed and evaluated,and the result of the assessment is figured out.
