摘要
目的 探讨缩窄性心包炎的外科治疗方法。方法 11例病人在气管插管 ,全麻状态下行心包切除松解术。结果 本组手术无死亡 ,远期随访满意。结论 切除心包应先左心 ,后右心 ,先流出道 ,后流入道 ,及恰当的围术期处理 ,对术后低心排发生的预防有重要作用。
Objective To explore surgical treatment of constrictive pericarditis.Methods Eleven patients underwent pericardiectomy with general anesthesia and endotracheal tube.Results No patient died in our groups and long term results were satisfied.Conclusion The pericardiectomy should be operated from left side of heart to right side,from effluent way to influent way.Careful perioperative management is also necessary.These measures will play an important role for prevention of post operative low putout of the heart.
