摘要
目的 探讨肾损伤的CT与超声诊断价值及其表现特点。方法 对 132例肾损伤病人进行CT及超声检查 ,并将表现特征作对照分析。结果 轻度损伤 10 3例 ,CT与超声符合率 10 0 % ,中、重度损伤 2 9例 ,符合率 86 2 % ,两种检查结果比较差异无显著意义 (P >0 0 5 )。结论 两种检查方法联合应用、综合分析 ,可相互弥补不足 ,提高肾损伤诊断的正确性。
Objective To explore the value and features of CT and ultrasound in the diagnosis of kidney injury.Methods One hundred and thirty two patients with kidney injury were examined by CT and ultrasonography.Their manifestations were compared and analyzed.Results The diagnostic coincident rate in one hundred and three patients with slight injure by CT and ultrasound imagning was 100%,and that in twenty nine patients with medium,severe injure was 86.2%.The findings of the two ways did not show siginificant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion Combined utilization of conventional CT and ultrasonography can raise the accuracy for the diagnosis of kidney injury.
