摘要
随着GSM用户数量和话务总量的快速增加,以及话务分布呈现的极度不均匀性,在900MHz频段基础上引入1800MHz频段在许多城市和地区已成为必然。准确把握建设时机,明确建设的基本原则以及采取科学合理的组网方式至关重要。
Taking account of the rapid increase of GSM subscriber number and total traffic as well as unevenness of traffic distribution,it has been certain to introduce1800MHz band in many cities and areas on the basis of900MHz band.The most impor-tant is to seize the right time for construction,to make the principle clear and to take right networking approaches.
