人力资源的开发与管理实践是企业管理的重要内容,本文在对人力资源管理认识的基础上,运用价值工程,探讨人力资源管理模式。
The exploitation and managing practice of human resources are the main content of enterprise's management. Based on the understanding of human resources management,the article discusses the model of it by using value engineering.
