摘要
对薄板坯连铸用浸入式水口(SEN)进行一些技术改进,如在SEN表面使用高抗氧化性能涂料,在ZrO_2-C渣线的材料中加入复合防氧化添加剂以及采用高质量的熔融氧化锆材质等,使新型SEN显示出良好的抗热震性和抗侵蚀性。对使用后的SEN微观结构进行分析,渣线被侵蚀的主要原因是液态渣与ZrO_2中的稳定剂CaO的反应和石墨被钢液氧化。
The SEN for thin slab continuous casting was developed. The new SEN exhibits the excellent thermal shock resistance and corrosion resistance with some technological improvements such as the application of high performance anti - oxidation coating on the surface of SEN, complex anti - oxidation addition into ZrO2 - C slag - line material and introducing high - quality fused zirconia material. According to the microstructure analysis of the used SEN, the main causes of slag - line wear are the reaction of liquid slag with CaO stabilizator in ZrO2 and oxidation of graphite by molten steel.
