摘要
目的 观察极固宁和氟保护剂用于活髓牙粘固前脱敏的效果。方法 6 5例患者的 10 7颗活髓冠桥修复牙在粘固前涂布极固宁和氟保护剂 ,并以空白为对照 ,观察其脱敏效果。结果 经极固宁和氟保护剂处理后即刻分别有 11.4 %和 17.9%患牙过敏症状消失 ,6 0 .0 %和 5 1.3%的患牙过敏症状减轻 ,冠桥粘固后分别有 80 .0 %和82 .1%患牙过敏症状消失 ,其效果均好于空白组 ;粘固 1个月后 ,两试验组的过敏发生率低于空白组 ,但无显著性差异。结论 在活髓牙冠桥修复粘固前用极固宁或氟保护剂进行脱敏处理 。
Objective To evaluate the effect of Green Or and Fluor Protector to the patients of vital teeth before crown bridge adhered. Methods 65 patients with 107 teeth after crown bridge preparation were treated by Green Or and Fluor Protector before adhored. Evaluation was carried out by analysis of statistics at pre-adhered, pro-adhered and one month after treatment. Results The clinical effects of Green Or group and Fluor Protector group were better than control group. The clinical effects between Green Or group and Fluor Protector group were no significant difference. Conclusion Before crown bridge adhered, the teeth treated by Green Or or Fluor Protector could decrease the hypersensitivity of teeth.
