摘要
目的 :探讨肉芽肿性前列腺炎的发病原因及临床特点。方法 :分析 6例经尿道前列腺电切术(TURP)术后并发感染所致肉芽肿性前列腺炎的资料。结果 :6例均经术前、术后病理检查证实 ,经对症处理后经TURP治疗痊愈。结论 :肉芽肿性前列腺炎临床少见 ,易与前列腺癌混淆 ,主要依靠病理学诊断。
Purpose:To evaluate the clinic features and etiology of granulomatous prostatitis. Methods:The data of granulomatous prostatitis complicated after TURP were reviewed. Results:All cases were confirmed by pathology and fully recovered by TURP and symptomatic treatment. Conclusions:Granulomatous prostatitis is rare and often confuse with prostatic cancer. Diagnosis depends on pathologic examination.
