摘要
烧伤休克期补液的要求很高 ,补液不合理会影响休克期的平稳过渡 ,影响病人后期的治疗和康复。我科自 2 0 0 0年 3月开始实行补液预案指导复苏 ,取得满意效果。预案主要包括 3部分 :病情及计算公式、补液内容以及补液安排。预案的使用 ,缩短了护士交接班时间 ;减轻了护士工作量 ;
Fluid replacement is very important for the burnt patients at the shock stage because it directly influences the patients’ survival and the following treatment and their recovery. The fluid replacement at the shock stage for burnt patients has been conducted at the department since March, 2000. It mainly includes three parts: patient’s condition evaluation and the fluid calculation, the content of fluid replacement, and the arrangement of this project. The result was satisfied. It could shorten the time in handing over working procedure, relieve nurses work intensity and make the fluid replacement more effective.
