摘要
目的 :了解县级医院感染管理现状 ,加强医院感染管理。方法 :对盐城市 13所床位在 3 0 0张以上的县级市综合性医院的医院感染管理现状通过发放问卷和电话咨询相结合的方法进行调查。结果 :有 11所医院成立了医院感染管理委员会 ,占 91.7% ;8所医院成立独立的医院感染控制科占 66.7% ;12所医院成立了临床监控小组 ,占 10 0 % ;医院感染科专职人员中 ,护士占 69.6% ,医技人员占 3 0 .4% ;中专占 60 .9% ,大专以上占 2 9.1%。结论 :成立独立的医院感染控制科及加强医院感染控制科专职人员队伍建设能有效地预防医院感染的发生 。
Objective: The purpose of the study was to describe the infection control in country hospitals, and to strengthen hospital management. Method: The questionnaires and telephone interviews were conducted at 13 country comprehensive hospitals in Yancheng city, which covered about 300 beds. Result: The rate of the questionnaire completed was 92.3% (thirteen questionnaires were sent out and 12 of them were feedback).The Infection Control Committee was held in 11 hospitals (91.7%), the separated infection department in 8 hospitals (66.7%), the clinical supervision group in 12 hospitals (100%). In the special professional personnel at the infection department, 69.6% were nurses, 30.4% were the medical technique personnel, 60.9% gained the diploma degree, and 29.1% associate bachelor degree or higher. Conclusion: The separated infection department and special infection control personnel could effectively prevent infection in hospital and improve the hospital management qulity.
