摘要
中医药治疗骨关节炎疗效明确。本文就中医药治疗骨关节炎的作用机制进行综述,主要包括改善关节软骨退变过程中软骨组成及代谢;改善骨内微循环障碍;抑制滑膜炎症;抑制氧自由基损伤;抑制NO;调节异常的细胞因子水平;下调性激素水平;抑制软骨细胞凋亡。
Traditional Chinese medicine had good curative effect on osteoarthritis. This paper summarizes the role mechanism of the medicine treatment for osteoarthritis of traditional Chinese medicine , includes improving the carilage metabolism and composition in course of joint carilage degeneration; improving obstacle of intra-article microcirculating ; restraining inflammation of synovium; inhabiting the change of SOD activity; restraining the effect of NO; Regulating abnormal cytokines ;Adjusting the level of sex hormone;decreasing chondrocyte apoptosis.
