摘要
为了探讨节育器嵌顿原因及处理,总结10年间39例嵌顿节育环,绝经后占首位,同时上环时机不佳,与环嵌顿有一定关系。因此,上环应选择患者最佳时间,避免不利因素。绝经后尽早取环。
To investigate causes and therapies of IUD embed , sum up 39 cases IUD embed during ten years. IUD embed is primacy after menopause., and it is related with time of placed IUD. So placed IUD should be selected in best of all time of suffer, avoid good not factors. IUD should be taked out as early as possible after menopause.
