摘要
对中医药治疗干燥综合征的近 10年来文献作回顾、整理。结果认为 :阴虚内热、气虚失运、血瘀津亏、燥盛成毒是本病的致病因素 ,虚、瘀、毒相互交结是本病的病理关键 ,通过辨证用药或专方、自拟方治疗 ,能显著缓解症状 。
This article reviews the literature about sicca syndrome treated by Chinese medicine.It is believed that its causative factors are yin deficiency and internal heat,qi deficiency,blood stasis and fluids deficiency,and dryness and toxin;its pathogenesis is the complex of deficiency,blood stasis and toxin;herbal medicines prescribed on syndrome differentiation can obviously ease symptoms and improve life quality.
