摘要
100例高血压病人,按不同年龄分为四组。其中,30～39岁15例,收缩压19.68±1.60kPa,舒张压13.57±0.74kPa。40～49岁30例,收缩压21.00±1.81kPa,舒张压14.60±0.79kPa。50～59岁30例,收缩压21.80±2.55kPa,舒张压14.1±1.03kPa。60～69岁25例,收缩压21.80±4.71kPa,舒张压13.76±1.20kPa。高血压病人的心功能测试结果表明:高血压患者的心脏指数下降,左室作功指数增高,射血前期/左室射血时间增大,TARTI、DATI减小,A/Ao、A/Eo增大。在以上测试结果中,与高血压病人年龄呈正相关的指标有A/Ao、A/Eo、DATI的测定结果与高血压病人年龄呈负相关关系。高血压病人年龄与收缩压、脉压及平均动脉压正相关,与舒张压无明显相关。
Four age groups of a total of 100 subsequent hypertensives and 100 nonhyper- tensives served as cotrol were performed heart function tests.The data sets were analysed in respect to their age difference.Number of hypertensives in the 30～39 yrs age group was 15,40～49 yrs 30,60～69 yrs 25.SBP,DBP of these 4 groups showed non significant difference.TRATI,DATI were decreased and A/AO,A/ EO were increased in hypertensives.Furthmore,DATI showed negative correlation and A/AO,A/EO,SBP,PBP,MABP showed positive correlation with ageing.
