摘要
本研究用南岳毛尖(一级绿茶)浸泡液灌胃处理皮下移植S_(180)的Babl/c小白鼠,观察其抑瘤效果。结果表明该绿茶可明显抑制肿瘤的生长,瘤重明显轻于对照组(P<0.05);空泡变性瘤细胞数、瘤块内坏死灶数明显多于对照组(P<0.001);瘤细胞核分裂数明显少于对照组(P<0.005),对瘤细胞有较好的杀灭作用。该研究证明南岳毛尖是一种天然防癌抗癌物质,对干预肿瘤的发生和发展有重要意义。
We report in this paper the preliminary observation on the growth inhibitory effect of Hunan green tea on tumor transplant S_(180). Hunan Nanyue maojiao (topgrade green tea)was infused into the stomach of 15 experimental BALB/C mice with hypodermal transplant of S_(180) Sarcoma. Equal numbers of such mice given no infusion were used as control. The result of the study showed that infusion of green tea could suppress the growth of the tumors. The average weight of tumors mass in the experimental group was significantly less than the control (P<0.05). The numbers of necrotic foci and tumor cells with vacuolar degeneration were much greater in the experimental group(P<0. 001), while the numbers of tumor cells in mitosis was significantly less than that of the control(P<0.005). It appears that Nanyue maojian green tea has naturally occurred anticancer properties.
