摘要
本文报道圆斑蝰蛇毒中性磷脂酶A_2对家兔血小板聚集反应有抑制作用,其抑制聚集效应与剂量呈现量效关系,半数有效量(IC_(50))为4.22μg/ml,并且部分标本出现血小板解聚现象。结果表明该PLA_2对于动脉粥样硬化及血栓性疾病可能具有潜在的药用价值。
We purified a neutral phospholipase A_2 (PLA_2)from Vipeia Russelli Siamensis snake venom. The PLA_2 showed extensive inhibitory effees on rabbit platelet aggregations induced by ADP. The effects were dose—dependent (r=0. 9951, P<0.01) with IC_(50), 4.22μg/ml. And the platelet disaggregations were also observed in some samples. These results suggest the PLA_2 may be of potential value in the treatment of atherosclerosis and thromboembolism.
