摘要
本文检测10种动物的202份新鲜粪便标本,从中分离出空肠弯曲菌102株,阳性率为50.5％。其中,鸡、猪、家兔三种动物的带菌率各为81.6％、61.1％、44.1％,分别居所查家禽、家畜及实验动物的首位。对两种禽蛋表面带菌情况的调查,新鲜鸡、鸭蛋的带菌率分别为6.7％与10.0％。调查结果表明,10种动物皆是空肠弯曲菌的储存宿主。
Fresh fecal specimens from 10 species 202 animals were examined, from which 102 strains of C. jejuni were isolated. The total positive rate is 50.5%. The carrier rates in chickens, pigs and rabbits are 81.6%, 61.1% and 44.1% respectively. The egg surface carrier rates of chickens and ducks are 6.7% and 10.0% respectively. These findings prove that 10 species of animals are the reservoir hosts for C. jejuni
