摘要
在一个RT_PCR反应中同时以鸡传染性支气管炎病毒 (IBV)、禽流感病毒 (AIV)、鸡新城疫病毒 (NDV)、鸡传染性喉气管炎病毒 (ILTV)、鸡毒支原体 (MG)和鸡滑坡液囊支原体 (MS) 6种呼吸道病原的RNA或DNA为模板进行扩增。结果显示 ,6种病原都扩增出了相应大小的特异性产物 ,表明建立的复合RT_PCR方法可用于混合感染时上述 6种病原的鉴别诊断。
Using one comprehensive RT_PCR system,we tried to amplify the DNAs or RNAs from the genome(as the template)of 6 respiratory pathogens:chicken infective bronchitis virus(IBV),avian influenza virus(AIV),Newcastle disease virus(NDV),avian Infectious laryngotracheitis virus(AILTV),avian Mycoplasma gallisepticum(MG) and Mycoplasma synoviae(MS).The results showed that the specific products were amplified from all 6 kinds of pathogen's genomes.So it could be concluded that this established comprehensive RT_PCR system can be applied in the distinguishing diagnosis for those 6 pathogens during the superinfection.
