摘要
目的:研究不同条件下盐酸克林霉素凝胶的稳定性。方法:建立盐酸克林霉素凝胶的质量标准,进行影响因素试验、加速试验及室温留样试验,考察其性状、pH值、含量和有关物质变化。结果:本品对光稳定,对热稳定性较差。结论:本品应置阴凉处保存,有效期拟定为18个月。
OBJECTIVE To study the stability of clindamycin hydrochloride gel under various conditions. METHODS The quality standard was established, and the charact eristics, pH value, content and related products were observed and analyzed under the test of influencing factors, accelerating test and inspecting test at room temperature respectively. RESULTS The preparation was stable to light, but not stable at high temperature. CONCLUSIONS The preparation should be preserved in cool place and the expiration date could be tentatively given for eighteen months.
