摘要
目的 探讨肌氨肽苷在大鼠急性肾缺血 /再灌注 (I/R)损伤过程中的保护作用及血浆白细胞介素 4(IL - 4)、白细胞介素 6(IL - 6)的动态变化及意义。方法 无创动脉夹夹闭双侧肾蒂 60min建立急性肾脏I/R大鼠模型 ,以肌氨肽苷腹腔注射 ,动态检测血BUN、Cr、IL - 4、IL - 6含量以及大鼠尿量、肾脏重量变化。结果 在大鼠急性肾脏I/R损伤过程中 ,IL - 6释放明显增加 ,应用肌氨肽苷的大鼠血BUN、Cr、IL - 6水平低于I/R组 ,尿量增加 ,肾脏重量改变减轻 ,而IL - 4水平在I/R组和治疗组均未见明显变化。结论 肌氨肽苷注射液可以抑制大鼠肾脏I/R损伤过程中IL - 6释放 ,可能对肾脏有保护作用 ;而IL -
Objective To investigate the effect of muscular amino acids and peptides and nucleosides injection (A&P&N) and the change and role of plasma interleukin-4 (IL-4) and interleukin-6(IL-6) in acute renal ischemia/reperfusion(I/R) injury. Methods Rat renal I/R model was made by placing the traumatic vascular clamp in renal pedicles for 60 minutes. A&P&N was used on the rat models. Plasma BUN, Cr, IL-4,IL-6, urine volume and renal weight were observed at various intervals. Results Plasma levels of BUN, Cr and IL-6 decreased, the urine volume increased and the change of renal weight was slight in rats treated with A&P&N, when compared with the control. The IL-4 was undetectable during renal I/R. Conclusion A&P&N might modulate the IL-6 response and possess a protective effect on renal I/R injury.IL-4 change was not obvious in the renal I/R injury.
