摘要
目的 探讨无色素性恶性黑色素瘤中HMB45和S - 1 0 0的表达及其意义。 方法 应用HMB45 ,S - 1 0 0 ,Vimentin,NSE ,Keratin ,LCA ,HHF45系列抗体对 31例无色素性恶性黑色素瘤进行SP法免疫组织化学方法检测和分析。 结果 31例瘤组织中HMB45阳性率 96 .8% (30 / 31 ) ,S - 1 0 0 80 .6 % (2 5/ 31 ) ,Vimentin1 0 0 % (31 / 31 ) ,而NSE ,Keratin,LCA ,HHF35均呈阴性。 结论 无色素型恶性黑色素瘤组织中HMB45阳性表达率高 。
Objective To explore the expressions of HMB45 and S-100 as well as their significances in amelanotic malignant melanoma (AMM). Methods A series of antibodies including HMB45, S-100, Vimentin, NSE,Keratin, LCA, HHF35 were used on paraffin sections in 31 cases of AMM by SP immunohistochemical methods. Result Positive rates of HMB45, S-100, Vimentin staining were 96.8%(30/31), 80.6%(25/31), 100%(31/31) respectively, while none showed immunoreactivity with NSE, Keratin, LCA, HHF35. Conclusion HMB45 may be a specific marker for AMM. Inmunohistochemistry is a good help for its confirmed diagnosis and differentiation.
