摘要 2003年初春在东南亚先后出现非典型肺炎(Atypical pneumonia,AP)发病病例,2003年2月28日卡罗.乌尔巴尼(CarLoUrbani)首先在越南调研中提出是一种新的传染病,向WHO报告并提出有关防疫措施,WHO建议称之为重症急性呼吸综合征(Severe acute respiratory syndrome,SARS).
