聚羟基丁酸及其共聚物在体内组织相容性和降解率的实验研究 被引量:8

摘要 目的 评价作为组织工程心脏瓣膜支架材料的聚羟基丁酸/聚羟基戊酸共聚物(Poly-hydroxybutyrate/hydroxy-valerate,PHBV)、聚羟基丁酸(Polyhydroxybutyrate,PHB)两种生物可吸收材料的组织相容性和皮下吸收情况。方法 对照研究两种材料经皮下埋植后2、4、6、8和10周的大体观察及组织学检查。结果 PHBV皮下包埋8周仍保持膜状结构,10周完全降解,组织相容性及皮下吸收情况优PHB。结论 PHBV符合组织工程心脏瓣膜支架材料的基本要求。 Objective To investigate and evaluate the histocompatibility and absorbability of polyhydroxybutyrate/hydroxyvalerate(PH-BV) and polyhydroxybutyrate(PHB) , as biodegradable stents for tissue engineering heart valve. Methods The two biodegradable polymer stents were macroscopically and histologically examined at 2,4,6,8,10 weeks after hypodermic implantation,and were analysed comparatively. Results PHBV membraneous structure remained at 8 weeks after implantation, and the complete degradation of the polymer occurred by 10 weeks.The histocompatibility and absorbability of PHBV was better than those of PHB. Conclusion PHBV can be used to fabricate three - dimensional, biodegradable heart valve stents.
