摘要
目的 探讨三种红霉素衍生物类抗生素在治疗上呼吸道感染方面的疗效及所产生的经济效果。方法 运用药物经济学原理对三种红霉素衍生物类抗生素治疗上呼吸道感染的方案进行成本 效果分析。结果 比较分析的三种方案中 ,在获得相同单位效果时 ,阿奇霉素成本最低。结论 在三种红霉素衍生物类抗生素中 。
OBJECTIVE To compare cost and effectiveness between three erythromycin derivatives in treating upper respiratory tract infections. METHOD Using cost effectiveness analysis, three erythromycin derivatives were evaluated.RESULTS Among the three treatment protocols, the cost of agitromycin was the lowest based on the same unit effectiveness.CONCLUSION Azitromycin is the best one among the three erythromycin derivatives in the treatment upper respiratory tract infections.
