摘要
目的 中药配合放疗治疗鼻咽癌 ,观察中药治疗放射性口咽炎的临床效果。方法 选择 1 0 2例常规放疗的鼻咽癌病例 ,随机分为实验组 (放疗 +中药 ) 51例和对照组 (放疗 +朵贝液 ) 51例进行临床对照试验 ,观察两组患者口咽放射反应症状及口咽黏膜反应状况。结果 实验组 (放疗 +中药 )患者的口咽放射症状及口咽黏膜反应状况明显轻于对照组患者 ,治疗效果实验组有效率为 90 .2 % ,对照组有效率为 1 9% ,实验组患者的疗效明显优于对照组 ,两组比较有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 1 )。结论 中药治疗急性放射性口咽炎有很好的临床疗效 。
OBJECTIVE To observe the clinical effects of Chinese medicine in the treatment of acute radiooropharyngitis of nasopharyngeal carcinoma(NPC) patients after radiotherapy. METHOD 102 NPC patients after routine radiotherapy were randomly divided into two groups,one treated with Chinese medicine(treatment group),the other with Dobell's solution(control group).The oropharyngeal symptoms and mucosa response status after radiation were observed.RESULTS The oropharyngeal symptoms and mucosa response status in the treatment group were milder than those in the control group.The effective rate in the treatment group was 90.2%,while that in the control group was 19%,The therapeutic effect was better in the treatment group.The differences between the two groups were statistically significant( P <0.01).CONCLUSION Our study shows that Chinese medicine has a satisfactory effect on the treatment of acute radiation oropharyngitis and has no adverse reaction.
