脑胶质细胞瘤术后影像学检查的临床意义

摘要 目的　回顾性分析 18例脑胶质细胞瘤术后的影像学表现 ,探讨CT检查对脑胶质细胞瘤切除术后自然修复、肿瘤术后残留、复发及放射性脑损伤的诊断价值。方法　研究组 :脑胶质细胞瘤术后 18例 ,对照组 :脑膜瘤术后 12例。结果　研究组可见脑组织内软组织影并有环状及团块状增强和临近脑膜强化 ,对照组可见环状、结节及团状强化。结论　影像学检查 ,尤其MRI是研究脑胶质细胞瘤术后修复病理改变较为有效的检查方法 。
