摘要
采用水提醇沉法提取芦荟多糖 ,经DEAE C32柱层析分离 ,SephadexG 10 0进一步纯化 ,得AⅠ、AⅡ和AⅢ三种芦荟多糖。SephadexG 10 0凝胶色谱表明 ,AⅠ组分为均一组分 ,其分子量约为 3 8× 10 4。借助气相色谱技术 ,研究了芦荟粗多糖和AⅠ组分的单糖组成。另外 。
In this article,polysaccharide in Aloe gel was extracted by water and precipitated by ethanol.It was isolated and purified by chromatography of DEAE cellulose and Sephadex G 100 columns.Three kinds of polysaccharide(AⅠ,AⅡ and AⅢ)were obtained.The results of chromatography of Sephadex G 100 column chromatography showed that AⅠ was uniform.and the molecular weight of AⅠ is 3 8×10 4.The compositions of crude and AⅠ polysaccharide were determined and quantified by GC.In addition,a majority of Aloe polysaccharide is pyranopolysaccharide.
