摘要
本文针对技术资产评估中存在较大的人为因素和不确定性的影响而导致评估结果难以为风险投资公司和创业者所接受的状况,运用灰色系统理论提出了一个灰色综合评估模型,并通过一个实例说明其应用,从而为技术资产评估问题探索一种新的操作思路,为风险投资公司和创业者就技术资产价值方面的合作提供指导和借鉴作用。
Affected by artificial factors and uncertainty in technical assets appraisal, valuation result is hard to be believed by venture capital firm and entrepreneur. Applied by Grey System Method, the author presented a grey comprehensive valuation model for technical assets appraisal, and a case study is given for explaining its application.
