摘要
目的 :观察固环止血胶囊对大鼠肠系膜微循环的影响。方法 :局部滴肾上腺素复制微循环障碍模型 ,观察正常和微循环障碍时大鼠肠系膜微循环。结果 :固环止血胶囊 1.5 0g kg组在两种状态下微动脉、微静脉直径分别为 19.5 1± 3.90、39.0 2± 3.98和 12 .0 4± 3.2 5、30 .12± 3.98,毛细血管网点数分别为 5 .2 5± 0 .93和 3.73± 1.0 5 ,与生理盐水组 (12 .0 4± 2 .5 7,30 .14± 5 .2 3;4 .86± 2 .0 9,8.2 4± 5 .2 3;3.90± 0 .74 ,2 .2 0± 1.14 )比较p <0 .0 5 ,且血色红、血流快。结论 :固环止血胶囊能改善大鼠肠系膜微循环。
Objective:To observe the effect of Guhuan hemostasia capsule on rat mese ntery microcirculation.Methods: The drug effect on rat mesentery microcirculat ion was observed under normal state and microcirculation disturbance state establis hed by means of dripping adrenine on the mesentery. Results: the arteriole and ve nule were 19.51±3.90,39.02±3.98 and 12.04±3.25 and 30.12±3.98 lum in diamete r respe ctively in the 1.5g/kg Guhuan hemostasia capsule group under both states;and the capillary in the capillary network point number was 25±0.93 and 3.37±1.05 res pectively,and there was statistics as signficance(P<0 .05compared with control groups (12.04±2.57,30.14±5.23;4.86±2.09,8.24±5.23;3.90±0.74,2.20±1.14). Be sides,the blood color is redder and flow-rate of blood is quicker.Conclusion: Guhuan hemostasia capsule can improve rat m esentry microcirculation.
