摘要
目的 :探讨胸腰椎骨折并脊髓损伤的治疗方法。方法 :采用后入路半椎板切除椎管侧前方减压 ,Dick经椎弓根内固定 ,同时行后外侧值骨。结果 :2 8例随访 ,X线复查示骨折椎体复位率达 90 % ,椎体前缘压缩平均恢复高度 0 .8cm。 1例 1钉折断 ,余固定牢固。神经恢复好转率 89% (2 5 /2 8)。结论 :认为该手术治疗胸腰椎骨折并脊髓损伤创伤小 ,手术操作简便 ,术后恢复好。
Objective:To evaluate a method of surgical treatment of thoracolumbar fractures associated with injuies of spinal cord.Methods:In the surgical treatment of thoracolumbar fractures,posterolateral decompression pedicle screw fixation and bone allograft fusion were carried out.Results:Twentw eight cases were followed up.The reduction rate of the fractured vertebra after operation X ray were up to 90%.The average height of the anterior part restored 0.8 cm.Screw broken in 1 case,neural recovery rate was 89%.Conclusion:The operation was characteristic of minimal trauma,relativrly simple and good recovery.
