摘要
本文重点介绍著名老中医张琪研究员,宗李东垣脾胃学说立论,用以指导肾病的临床治疗实践,而不拘泥于中医治肾常法,从脾胃入手制定治则、治法以及选方用药。如脾阳虚型水肿,治以升阳益胃汤加减;气血亏损型虚劳,治以归芍六君子汤加味;湿热壅盛型血尿,治以半夏泻心汤;湿热困脾型水肿,治以中满分消丸(改为汤剂)。张老用方,灵活加减,既有继承,又有创新,故能取得卓著疗效。
The article mainly introduced famous doctor ZhangiQi's experience on treatment of nephosis, applying Dongyuan's theory of 'spleen-stomach' to guide the clinical treatment of nephrosis, not only being limited by the usual method of treating nephrosis, making treatment rules, methods and medicine according to the theary of 'spleen-stomach' , Such as edema due to deficiency of spleen-yaug, treated it with 'Shengyangyiwei' decoction modifying; consumptive disease due to exhuation and impairment of qi and blood, treated it with 'Kuisaoliujunzi' decoction; hematuria due to accomulation of dampness and heatness, treated it with 'Banxiaxiexin' decoction; edema due to spleencornered by dampness and heatness,treated it with'Zhongxiaofenman'pill (decoction) Famous doctor ZhangQi applied preseriptions flexibly, not only inheriting the anciente theory but also creating new methods, thus, the clinical effects were very obviously.
